The "20ft Mobile Trailer Hotel RCS" is created by removing the walls (corrugated sheets) of a 20ft container, placing it on a dedicated chassis, and welding vertical supports made of L steel at 1-meter intervals for reinforcement. The walls are then replaced with foam insulation and finished with a special coating of polyurea resin. It is designed to be used as a hotel, equipped with a variety of amenities. Additionally, by using foam insulation for the walls, the weight is reduced to one-third of that of a typical steel container, which can lead to cost savings in transportation and insurance.
